Hi im again one of the troubled customer of airtel.a sales girl had come to my home on 4th october and she gave me a postpaid corporate connection under some scheme for 330/- in which the sim was free. as i was told by her that ill get a confirmation call after 72 hrs but the call came after 4 days.i henceforth then and there cancelled the connection after i was told that my amnt will b refunded within the next 3 days.but since october i have made 50 calls to their various head offices and centres but the money has not been refunded as yet.i think this company is loosing their own prestige and goodwill on such a small matter.i promise i and my family now will have to think thrice before investing in thier services.i just want my 330/- back at any cost.either the airtel can take t as a request or a WARNING!!!
