Egarding to activate CUG

My problem of activization of CUG will nt resolve from airtel, nodal office and also appilate auhority also, they not give any satisfactray rply, i m trouble from last two months . resolve my problem as soon as possible. and take action on them, they reponsable for delay, i am complaint for RAHUL in nodal office and SURBHI in appilate authority, take apropriate action againts them.
