Wrong information & unethical practices

I had applied for new postpaid connection of Airtel after being informed by the plan Rs.250 rental by Airtel executive Mr. Ganesh from Hybrid financial services, Andheri East, Mumbai.

Next day another person collected deposit of Rs. 300 from me and handed over as SIM card. After that there was no response from airtel. When I called back on the no. which was mentioned on payment receipt, i was informed that the plan informed to me was wrong one and the same can not be activated. After that i asked for return of my deposit amount but till date no response has come from airtel. Calling the concerned person is waiting my time and money also.

This is very unethical activity which deserves the serious action.

I want deposit amount of Rs.300 and all charges of the all the calls which I made to the Airtel offices.
