I have Airtel postpaid mobile connection, paid the amount through Airtel Kiosk @ Gurgaon on Dec. 18th but the amount is still due as per the statement late fees, contacted so.. called AIRTEL PRESENCE (Airtel Customer Service Team) via mail, got revert from Mr. RAKESH KUMAR that the issue would soon be solved.

COMPANY DID NOT provide me ANY SERVICE REQUEST NUMBER or DEADLINE DATE.

HATS OFF TO AIRTEL!! lols

Planning to SWITCH OPERATOR as it's been MORE THAN A WEEK'S TIME & seems they are STILL SLEEPING!!
