Complaint is for Airtel postpaid connection:9960715017 and account: A/c. No.1020456729 and billing discrepancy for the month of May, June.

I was imposed a hefty postpaid bill of Rs 2038.84/-.

I filed complaint against this discrepancy number of times but did not received proper explanation nor any assurance from airtel. I paid bills for subsequent months, despite of that my outgoing services were blocked.

Even when issue was not resolved the incoming services were also blocked in month of Aug. I have to suffer a huge loss as my Airtel number was blocked unnecessary. Many of Recruiters could not contact me as the service was blocked. Along with this I was getting continuous calls from recovery department and other airtel teams for payment. Now as this issue was for the month of May the impact was carried till month of August. I wrote to airtel customer care, Nodal officer, Appellate officer but never received solution on this.

I have all those communication with me.

I had really suffered a lot using Airtel service. Today also I get mail for payment.
