Pathetic response

Hi,

It is unfortunate that the service levels of Airtel is stooping to pathetic lows.

I've been a customer of Airtel for 6 years and the service charges paid is over Rs 25000 per annum.

Despits multiple requests basic things like activation of 3G services, changing the customer category (Platinum to Gold) and the CSR claims that anyone over 5 uears would automatically be in the Gold category while someone who has been a customer of Airtel for 3 years would be in the Platinum category.

So many more frustrations - but getting from bad to worse.
