I am using my airtel number since last 7 years. I was a happy customer. Couple of months back, I activated AirtelTV (mobile tv) for my mobile, again I deactivated the same within the same week. After that in last 3 months, I have been charged atleast 7 times (40/- each). Every time I called up CustomerCare unit, they said they will refund the money. But that never happened. They are not aware of why this activation is happening. One Customer Care person accepted that there is some problem in the system, that’s why this is happening. I tried to connect Nodal Office also, but nothing happened till date. Now I am searching an option to go to Consumer court to complaint the same.
