Respected sir/madam
I've been using airtel prepaid service from last 10 months. I've been experiencing frequent balance deduction based on subscriptions made automatically. when I called them, they said the service would be deactivated, but it keeps happening again and again with deduction of my balance. It is giving me a lot of tension and and headache as I have to call them up and keep waiting for the line to get connected and argue with them for a refund. For a few days it had stopped and now today I've again been deducted rupees 5 saying that I've subscribed for a service called weeklysub which I've not done. Plzz help me by preventing all this kind of autosubscriptions and balance deductions again. And help me get my 5rs back.
