I recharged my airtel prepaid connection using Paymate.
Amount of rs.333 was deducted from my account but an e-recharge msg prompted up on my cell phone that recharge was not successful, I enquired abt the deducted amnt from the customercare executives and local airtel office but no one seems to be knowledgeable enough to sort out my problems. I even had the transaction id, but its all in vain.so finally I am left unsatisfied with a loss of deducted balance from my account.
