Activation of Service without any request

I never activated any value added services on my mobile no. 9892636219 but still it was activated airtel on its own and Rs. 30/- for the service was deducted from my account and the same has not been refunded. This has taken place for the 4th time in last 6 months. It should be stopped as it results in harassment to the general public
