Airtel Prepaid
Audio Cinema activated without my permission

Hi,

I am using Airtel Mobile No - 9892907649 for the past 5 years. Audio Cinema service is activated on my mobile without my permision. For the past two months even my amount is deducted. I have contacted customer care and told to remove this service. But still it is activated. Now I am not able to reach customer service.
