GPRS activated w/o informing about rental charges applicable

Hi, my mobile is 9810 325 195. My GPRS services were activated w/o informing me about rental charges applicable for the same. Subsequently, INR 95 per month was deducted from my balance which they claim cannot be refunded. This is a BIG CHEATING by such a big firm.
