Dear Sir/Madam,
A message was received from Airtel that on Rs150 recharge I will be paid Rs150 full talktime. Rs135.99 will be paid immidiately and the remaining within 48 hrs.
But I have not received the remaining amount till now. I have only received only Rs.135.99.
On calling up the customer care the customer care executives were very rude in the case.1st time when I called up the executive just listened and told the he is registering a complain and disconnected the line without providing any complain number. On 2nd occassion the customer care executive put the call on hold telling she is checking and disconnected the line after 5mins.
