I have a prepaid sim of airtel punjab.my phone number is 9501333873.i have recharged my account with Rs.333 on Dec 31 while roaming in west bengal, I was given Rs.302 as talktime.again recharging with the same amount of Rs.333 on Jan 25 I got 333 minutes valid for one month only, which are useless while roaming. Now, my complaint is that the service provider did not inform me about the change in recharge option.i have wasted this amount on recharges as I'll stay in roaming for some more time.
I talked to Mr. Rakesh at the customer care centre on 9815098150 on Jan 25.He replied very rudely and asked whether the company has asked me to recharge the account.
You are requested to intervene in the matter to avoid any such future loss to any customer.
