Loss of Mobile - Block SIM & Issue NEw

Dear Airtel Prepaid Mobile Service team,

This is Manoj Chaddha having prepaid connection no 09898476734. Just an hour ago, I lost my mobile, i want to request the Airtel team to please block this Sim card.

If any further process is there to issue the duplicate Sim card, pl. let me know.
