The deduct my balance Rs.75

Respected Sir,

i am using Airtel from last 7 months. and in these 7 months the deduct lots of my balance from my cellphone no. 9760109570.

Recently they deduct Rs.75/- from my cellphone. Sir the service is rediculous. they always do the same.

and when we make complaints towards this to customer care no. of Airtel they never behave good.

sir i am very poor man i purchase cellphone to talk with my parents.

Please help me... if you can.
