Dear Sir,
I have use airtel prepaid mob. no. (9630611933), since last 4 days, i have not getting gprs service in my mob. i have also talk with customer care with this problem, but not given satisfactory reply. and also deduct of Rs. 12/- per day.
I hope you are consider my this problem and promt reply from your side.
