Airtel Prepaid
Deduction of balance

I have a airtel prepaid account, I don't know why but the every time my balance fets deducted in name of some offers and schemes, which i have not activated. I have launced complaints in airtel customer care, which is also a paid call now, many times but of no use.

Now i m left with just two options either to quit with airtel or to move on to consumer court.
