I’m airtel subscriber on August 10 I have raised a request regarding amount detection (ticket no: 0811123289) I have made call more than 4 time so for I haven’t received any response form that side, again I called today they were given another complaint number 0825061781 without any explanations, so made a call to complaints dept as soon as they simple said we were detected because of internet activation but I didn’t use the internet while the detection happened and the mobile which I‘ve been used does not have the GPRS options.
