Airtel Prepaid
Regular deduction of Rs.10 without any request

My father K V K Nair is having a pepaid connection of Airtel - 9867544325.

For the past 2 months, there have been unwanted deuction of Rs.10 for various services like Bolly spice, Airtel friendz chat, jokes, etc. for whichh no requests have been made. Cummalitively the deductions done so far is Rs. 150/- with none of the services of any use.

When contacted Airtel Customer Care, they unsuscribe the services but do no refund the amount.

Further when we visited Airtel Customer Care at Kalyan on 24.08. they asked us to contact through Hotline No.999. When contacted them, they also unsubscribed the existing services.

But again on 25.08. there have been deduction of Rs. 10 for VAS Download which was not at all done by us.
