I A U Sthita Pragna bearing number 9650247798 (Airtel Post Paid Sim Connection).
Today 03/10 between 1pm to 2pm, I got a message from airtel telling I have been charged for Rs. 45 (Rs. 30 Rs. 15) for caller tune activation that i had never been activated before. And after that there was a message regarding deactivate the same by dialling 543211808 and i had deactivated immediately after receiving the message. I tried customer care, executive had listened and asked me to be on hold while He/She transfers to supervisor but it disconnected. After that I am trying them continuosly but no reply from there.
I request you to see to the matter immediately and refund me full money of Rs. 45 back. awaiting for your reply...
