Fraudulent service subscription & charges

Hi, Today I got a call on my mobile from an unknown number - 919818698482, today morning at 09:25 AM, which I couldn't picked up. I called back at same number around 10:04 AM to check the caller. Nobody picked up the call although the bell was ringing and then I disconnected the call after few seconds.

Now I got a message from 543211on my mobile at 13:25:30 hours/ 11 Oct stating - Thank you for subscribing to hello tunes service. You have been charged Rs.30 for 30 days. and then a second message stating - you have been charged Rs.15. Your hello tune has been changed to kash koi lad.

What the hell is this? I don't want to subscribe for any hello tunes or any such service and didn't even tried its subscription. Is it an example of fradulant customer service or a money making gimmick by Airtel. I am expecting this information to reach at management level and want somebody to look into the matter & the needful to withdraw this hello tune service & reverse the charges levied for the same.
