This is regarding the document submission messages that are sent on my mobile atleast 5 times a day. When I visited the airtel relationship center for submission of documents, I provided the local address proof, they are asking for the permenant address proof. At the time of taking sim card i.e. 4 years back, all the documents were already submitted. Also at the time of taking sim card they require local address proof. Every time they require a different document. Are any rules defined for submission of document?
These people are simply harrasing the users and they have no mannerism to talk. Also the customer care number (121 and 9890098900) does not work when I select the option to talk to customer care executive.
Kindly look into the matter and atleast make some compulsion for giving some sort of behavioral training to the staff or take educated staff.
