On 1st february my mobile balance was unnecessarily deducted and when i approached to the customer care executive then the outcome of my complaint was not satisfactory.
I also tried to approach to the customer care executive again on 8th february but i was not given the proper response.
Therfore I am approaching you to complain about my balance deduction.
I am sure i will get satisfactory results from you.
