Sir, i beg to invite your kind attention regarding some callousness shown by distributors and airtel customer supporter . i bough a sim no.9987477949 on 20 jan 11. i submitted all relevant document but after one month without any intimation its registraton got failed due to insufficient document, so i again resubmitted the same on 23 feb 11 .The distributor told me that it will activated within 2 days.but after 4 days the status is same.while i call to disrtibutor, he is not picking up my call..i had recharged my no.with one month internet packet but unfortunately i m losing day by day its validity.
it is very tough to believe that such a huge mobile provider is doing a fraud with customer or making fool... pls do a positive response and take a action
