Mobile no. activation

Sir, my mobile no. is 7895088150. which is deactivated last week. i talk to customer care for reason of deactivation then he said that yr no. is delete from here.and tell to deposite yr id and photo to local air tel office . i deposite my id and photo to the local office.but my no. still deactivated. i also talk to local tsm . he gave me assurance for waiting 2 day but no result.now tsm is also saying that no.will not be activated.sir what is my fault, i can"t understanding.
