I ordered a broadband connection and was promised connection in 3 days, i provided all necessary documnts, but the airtel officer kept mis guiding me for 29 days…finaly said cant provide a connection..so i forwarded a complaint against him to his manager…As a result of which, my prepaid sim card of airtel was blocked, i was told to resubmit my documnts, still, sim card has been bloacked for last 15 days, even the nodal office refused help. i faced a huge loss on business as its my primary contact with clients. have no idea wat to do.
