Airtel kept deducting money from my account for 4 months for some cricket pack which I never asked for... neither I got any score updates at my mobile in this duration... but money was deducted from my account... when I complained, they deactivated that pack and later said "we cant take care of your complain as your special pack has been deactivated. Complaints are taken only when packs are active." But problem is that I said them to refund the money that they have deducted and didn't asked to stop that service pack.
I am fed up of them... what worse... later I came to know that there were 2 other services were active on my number when I never asked for them. They keep activating packs on their own. And no message is sent from them saying that amount is being deducted or it is about to be deducted.
And poor response and reasons when I complained. They are not ready to do anything about my complaints.
