and I'm receiving this message since 18 March till 1 April.
I have already complaint on 198 but no response and they sent " Request Reference number" and they are not taking any action..
I've lost 7 to 10 rs between these days..
My Complaint number 198 is also blocked by customer care executive.
when I type < LAST> and send it to 121 then it also reply with last 5 Deduction but customer care executive says that no Balance deduction has made by us and I have already registered with DND (Do Not Disturb) but Airtel send me Promotional message frequently.
I've stored these messages which are sent by airtel as PROOF..
Please take action as early as possible.
