Changed caller tune without informing

Hi,

this is to notify that below mentioned information.

I would like to inform you that I am subsriber of Loop, This is to

bring to notice that without my knowledge and informing Why my caller

back tune was changed.

Due to your poor service and unauthorised change of caller tune I had

suffrered the losses worth approx Rs 5000/-

So I request you to remimburse the losses.

Because I am demanding this money due to poor service and unauthorised

change of caller tune

hope my complaint will be on top prority basis in order to pass the

compensation amount.

I am trying to contact the Call center number (198 / 800) but i

failed to contact and call gets disconected automatically.
