I am an airtel prepaid user for the past 6 years. In the past 3 days almost Rs 200/- have been deducted from my account & on calling customer care repeatedly, I was told it was due to Airtel Live usage which is surprising since I do not use the service. After registering the complaint I was told, if it was unfair deduction balance will be returned. Writing mails to the officers has been of no use other than an acknowledgment of receipt of the mail.
This is utter unprofessionalism.
