My name is Sandeep, I'm using Airtel prepaid connection for the last 9 months.
I regularly recharge my mobile 7500735089 with RC36 for the purpose of making local and STD sms. my transaction ID is 865280925
on dt. 20-12-11 also i had recharged my mobile with RC 36 after confirming from the delaer whether it's stll existing.
after recharging my mobile I tried messaging to a friend of mine which is a STD sms, but i was charged istead.
Then I immidiately called to the AIRTEL complaint cell to register a complaint against that had happende to me.
but the customercare representative told me thast the service for STD sms for RC36 has been removed.
But in my Message which I got when I've recharged with RC36 in my mobile was written 1000local national sms for 30 days.
Then I've again called the complaint cell but my mobile was not getting transferred to complaint cell.
then I tried from a friend's mobile then i was connected but they've not resonded properly to me and disconnectedf my call 2 times.
points to be noted:
1. Why they have not informed me with a message before, if they had removed that service as i was using that service earlier.
2. Why did I get a recharge message stating that 1000 local national SMS free for 30 days.
3. Why they have not making my connection to complaint cell after giving a first complaint
