Airtel activated Internet services automatically when i upgraded to a new phone and started deducting money without my knowledge. I admit that i was browsing using my home and office wifi networks, but was fraudulently charged for mobile network usage and money deducted automatically.
Talking to customer care was useless and people never understand browsing under wifi network is different from mobile network
finally i have no other option but to move out of Airtel BUT seek intervention to get my money back (willing to lose but not get cheated by fraudulent practices)
