I have applied for a new connection on 1st March. Representatives came and did due feasibility check and promised me a connection in 2 days. After 2 days, I contacted customer care and I was told that connection is not feasible in your area.
I have made several complaints after that, but I am given a new date of refund every time.
(Complaints numbers in chronological order are as under :
12695836, 12811332, 12750998, 12860962, 12896370, 93925472. )
I would have appreciated if the feasibility check was done properly before promising the connection.
And would really like to hear a date of refund, to which airtel can abide by.
