NO SERVICE FOR CONVERSION FROM PREPAID TO POST PAID AND NO REFUND OF AMOUNT PAID

I HAVE APPLIED FOR CONVERSION OF MY PREPAID NUMBER TO POSTPAID OF AIRTEL SERVICE AT THE TIME OF THEIR DOOR TO DOOR MARKETING CAMPAIGN AND PAID THE ADVANCE FOR THE SAME ON 14/04. THE EXECUTIVES WERE FROM PAGEPOINT SERVICES. THOUGH I DAILY REMINDED THEM FROM 22/04 TO 08/05 AND CONVERSED WITH THE OFFICERS OF AIRTEL AS WELL AS PAGEPOINT THEY HAD NOT PERFORMED THEIR DUTIES TO TRANSFER THE CONNECTION FROM PREPAID TO POSTPAID SO.I DECIDED TO CANCEL MY CARD ON 09/05. FROM 22/04 I M REGULARLY IN CONTACT WITH SOME OFFICERS REQUESTING THEM TO START THE SERVICE OR REFUND MY MONEY NONE OF THE OFFICERS ARE REPLYING ME SATISFACTORILY.
