Airtel believes in "customer is bagger" instead of" customer is king"!

I am extremely disappointed by the service of airtel. I lost the my sim card on thursday 6th of sep. I made a complaint immediately on that day in (ARC) airtel relationship center in ghatkopar (E). They provided me the duplicate card on 10/9, monday and told me that it will be activated in 4 to 5 hours. Today is thursday, still my card is not been activated. I became the customer of airtel before 20 days and i am facing this problem. Almost a week is passed from the date of my compliant than also the card is not activated. I am very very disappointed.
