Iam carring Airtel Prepaid Connection 9940390135. I given MNP Request to switch to Vodafone. I got the UP ID AT644544 from 1901.
I submitted all the papers to vodafone. After couple of days i got the message from Vodafone as "Your Porting Request AT644544 dated 06Mar11 has been rejected by your correntopeator due to The porting code does not match the Donor allocated porting code for this number. Pls contact your current operator for further details"
I contacted Airtel but the didnt respond.
Kindly help to sort out this.
