Sudden increase in Call charges

Dear Sir,

My STD and Local Charges were Rs1.50 and Rs1.00 for the first call and Rs 0.5 and 0.4 for the rest of calls for rest of the day. Suddenly from 25 Aug the first call tariff remains the same but the later charges were Rs 0.6 for both Local and STD.
