Deactivation of out and in going calls

Dear Sir

My daughter Usha Rebecca (Mobile No.7259811269) received an intimation from Airtel to submit documents in respect of address proof and photo. The same was submitted in Fraser Town Air Tel, Bangalore-56005 in the month of July. The Service Provider after going through the form and documents informed us it was in order.

Last week on 11-8, my daughter's mobile was deactivated, Mobile No.7259811269). On inquiring with the Airtel service provider at Cunningham Road, Bangalore, we were informed to provide once again the documents and the same was provided to the Service Provider on13-8 and we were informed it will be activated in 48 hours.

Inspite of complaining to the Airtel complaints No action has been taken.

GREAT HARDSHIP AND INCONVEINIENCE HAS BEEN CASUED TO MY DAUGHTER.
