Inability to lodge complaint at Airtel

Dear sir, I have lost my mobile on 22 Mar 10. I had airtel prepaid connection. I want to register complaint and block my sim. I tried to contact airtel customer care to register my request. I was informed that as I was calling from my corporate no. I must try with some other no and contact customer care on 9933099330 however on calling I was directed by computer generated voice instructions to contact 198 and further to 121. Finally I could not reach any customer care executives. My complaint can not be taken by any other means. It is requested that the correct procedure may be informed or any tele no where i can contact executives to lodge request may be provided by airtel. With thanks Umesh patka
