Last three months my balance credit in pre-paid mobile no is getting reduced without any calls or sms. I phoned customer care no and talked to Air-tel representative on 21st Nov.2010.to stop any deductions and any other non-authorised services; but they are still deducting money. Many similar users also find this malpractice of Airtel. My phone no is 9960712575. Can the company take strict measures or or penalised with heavy compensation for such mal-practice of mopping up crores from customers?
