Airtel Prepaid Service
Deducation of Rs 99 from my mobile account

Sir,

on 21/01, at about 4:30pm, I got a message from airtel"Thnks for using Pack Purchase subscription Service from Airtel. You have been charged Rs 99"

I do not understand what is this service and why the company deducated Rs 99 from my mobile account for such a service (Pack Purchase subscription Service) which I never demanded

So your goodself is requested that the above amount should be credited in my mobile account (9622670708) and why the company is playing frauds with their customers
