I am Amol Shinde. My Mob. No is 9860316518.
I am using Airtel Prepaid Service from last 6 year. But from last 10 days, Airtel gives me very bad service. and It gives mentally/ Psychological tension to me.
Firrst they stop my friend plan . and Now They stop my service (incoming and outgoing calls also). They give reason that your validity will be expired. But my service validity will be up to 13 NOV. 2013. and I have a mail from airtel service [email protected], In that they also said that your validity will be up to 13 NOV. 2013. So Can they stop my service.
If call to them that time they said that we can't help you about this. and in their mail they suggest me new recharge option.
If my validity will be up to 13 NOV. 2013 then Why I recharged again.
Airtel gives me more mentally stress during last 10 days.
Please give me option to take action against Airtel.
