Sub: Airtel Prepaid Mobile No.9818328244
On my above phone, I was neither able to receive nor make calls from 4th to 24th February. During this period, I was without a mobile phone connection. Daily I made a number of complaints to the Customer Care Centre, the Nodal Officer and the Appellant Authority, but nothing was done to put the phone right. All these complaints were made from my landline phone, incurring expenses amounting to Rs.595.51 on all these phone calls. I talked to Anuradha Ref. 0329792061 requesting that this amount be reimbursed to me, but was told that they would not reimburse the money, and I could approach TRAI or the Consumer Court.

I request that suitable action may please be taken to reimburse the expenses of Rs.595.91 incurred owing to inaction by the concerned authorities to rectify a problem in the phone connection provided by them. I strongly feel that a penalty should be levied on Airtel for their inaction in solving a problem at their end.
