Not attending the complain by customer realtionship centre

I have launched complaint with CCE of Airtel on Dated 17/5/10, 24/5/10, 25/5/10, and there complaint numbers are 32302247, 32393327, 32423564 respectively.

Main complaint is this i have not been connected by the airtel connection from Hoshiarpur (PB) to Chandigarh Bsnl Landline numbers.

My request is this The Airtel Company is not rectifying the complaint instead of that they are making me fool, So you Kindly take action against the airtel punjab for non attending of complaint as i am facing this problem from the last one month.
