Hello sir, I am using airtel postpaid connection. I want to raise a complaint against the staff of Airtel Relationship Centre. The staff at Par Marketing (ARC) provides wrong and misleading information against various services. I wanted to purchase one more postpaid connection and the staff told me that would take 24 hrs to get the number activate but it's two days now and the number is still inactive. When I called customer care they told me that the postpaid number gets activated instantly. When I told this to ARC staff they deny it completely. I am facing problems. Please look into the matter.
