Change mode of bill from ebill to paper bill

Since last two months frequently various sms sent on 121 to change regarding mode of bill to chnage from ebill to paper bill. confirmation sms also received from Air Tel service provider that now onward paper bill will be sent at residence. but till date service provider sending e bill neglecting the request for my two nos. of mobile 9998977683 and 9601261467. Various calls also made to change the mode of bill. I have fed up the services and my requests. There is no other option left now except the changing the service provider.

Kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.
