Unwanted charges for services

i hav purchase the given number from dealer

9860435525 1 month it gives good services but now it can charges for unwanted services and says u hav activate them are we dont know how to activate the service.then how should they always told that reason? i think this is the new funda of company to make mony from its own customer..

refund the last 15 days payment on my card otherwise i hav to stop recharging ur company sim...
