Hearing of the GPRS service of airtel I tried to activate it... the service got activated within 2 hours and the deduction started but the settings were not sent to me... Have been trying since last 2 days but in vain... the only reply i get is do this and that, restart your phone... call the other person or try after 4 hours... Boss I should be getting an sms from you and if not tell me the manual settings the workaround is very simple but... when the Customer care representatives know nothing how can they help... at last am thinking to deactivate the GPRS...

Good Luck Airtel and be the Top Service Provider... but if a company with the highest no of complaints can be at top I could just pity... Its a shame...!!!
