Amount lost without dialling&detection Rs30 for caller tune without my request

Sir,

I recharged for Rs100/- on 19/01/10 But with out calling any body the amount drastically reduced to Rs44, and14th feb I send mesg. cost was 0.50 then the balance shown was Rs13/-. I contacted the customer help, but they told me that i opted for caller tune of AR rehman which i didnt.they gave sim card free of cost and they collected more than the actual rate of the card, All over India this is happening i think, from your quantity of complaints on this service provider, Who is going to solve this, we are having lot of possibilities and Forums, Please helpme and do the need ful in this regard, Phone no., 9597234964
